We’re preparing for the App Store. Download links for Mac, iPhone, and iPad will be added to this website after launch.

Tap “Start 21-day free trial” in the app, then complete Apple’s process to claim the free trial product. There is no automatic charge when the trial ends. To keep creating and editing, purchase Pro separately.

You can still read and back up existing records. Creating new records and editing existing ones requires Pro.

Sign in to the App Store with the Apple Account used for your purchase. In Alloday Settings, open Alloday Pro and select “Restore purchases.” Restoring a purchase does not restore your planner records.

Use Export Backup in the app’s backup and restore menu. The exported file contains your planner records, so keep it somewhere safe. We recommend making a separate backup before deleting the app or switching devices.

The current pre-release version stores records on each device and does not support automatic sync. Restoring a purchase with your Apple Account does not transfer planner records.

Calendar access lets the app show events in your schedule and create or edit events you request. Reminders access is used to import selected items into the Inbox; it does not change the original reminders. You can change permissions in your device settings.

Include your device, OS and app versions, the steps that led to the problem, and a screenshot. Hide personal events or contact details in screenshots. Do not send passwords or payment card details.
